Kru has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations will result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community. Any user who posts objectionable content, harasses other users, or engages in abusive behavior will be immediately removed from the platform.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Kru.
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your profile.
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Kru provides mechanisms to report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination.
To report content or users, use the Report button available on all listings and user profiles, or contact us at support@getyourkru.com.
Kru facilitates connections but is not responsible for in-person conduct. Always meet in public, inform someone of your plans, and trust your instincts.
You own your content. By posting you grant Kru a license to display it within our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights or these terms.
Kru is provided as-is without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of profiles, listings, or ratings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, with particular urgency applied to safety violations and objectionable content.
